Biography
Tawnya Underwood is a paralegal with Nardone Law Group, LLC. Ms. Underwood works with NLG’s closely-held business clients on a wide variety of issues, including entity formation, minute book compliance, asset and stock purchases, lien searches, background investigations, and dissolution. She is involved with NLG’s tax controversy practice and works with our individual and business clients on resolving their federal, state, and local tax liabilities. She is also involved with assisting NLG’s attorneys in their civil and criminal tax litigation matters. In all, Ms. Underwood works closely with NLG’s attorneys and staff to ensure our clients receive prompt, courteous, and quality legal services.
