  6. Representing individuals and firms being investigated by the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division;
  7. Training accountancy staff on due diligence requirements of a tax-return preparer;
  8. Conducting in-house continuing professional education to ensure compliance with CPE requirements.
